McNeil considers running?

d2mcneilbanner2Is  District-2, councilwoman, Shelia McNeil considering running for Mayor  in this May election?  According to the local paper and a TV station, she may be.   SA4Mayor.com, however, has confirmed that as of today McNeil has not yet filed officially with the office of the City Clerk.    You can find the official candidate 2009 list here.
